The BVMW Singapore was inviting its members and partners to its first member event at the World Gourmet Summit 2008. Our guests were joining the BVMW Singapore event on 19th April 2008 on Sentosa Island. The event started with a networking session and an introduction by Ms Jutta Waldeck, Director of the BVMW Singapore, followed by a Dinner. The Dinner was called “An Evening of Indulgence with Castaing Foie Gras”. The BVMW was very glad about the attendance of the German Ambassador in Singapore, H. E. Folkmar Stoecker. Our guest enjoyed together the culinary arts of Eric Johnson of Jean Georges, Shanghai.
